  I really like most of the staff but the time management and ability to keep appointments has me a bit frustrated. The first time I have an appointment scheduled for five weeks in advance I come in expecting a service and it was unable to be performed due to licensing issues. I received a phone call confirming my appointment the day before but no one told me that the service was it going to be able to be performed, they did give me a $25 gift certificate because of my trouble.
  I made another appointment for a different service that appointment was awesome I really loved it. So I scheduled another appointment that day for four weeks later. Confirmed my appointment the day before. And then a few hours prior my appointment I get a phone call that my appointments going to be thrown off about 15 minutes and I’m on a super tight schedule. It just frustrates me that somebody can come in and add a service and that throws my appointment off that I’ve had scheduled for month. That is super frustrating to me because my time is just as important to me. Long story short, I canceled the service and I’m not sure that I’m going back just due to the lack of respect for my time.
